Divya L. Radhakrishnan graduated with her B.S. in Civil Engineering from UNC Charlotte in Spring 2012. Divya is currently a Project Manager representing clients who are looking to complete new construction or renovations for commercial buildings. Divya was a member of SWE in college and has continued her involvement as a professional since 2012 and has served on the board since 2013 holding various positions. She is passionate about community outreach and her involvement with SWE.
Ms. Berry is a North Carolina registered professional civil engineer with 29 years of experience specializing in construction activities and program management. She currently works as the Traffic Safety Section Program Manager for the Charlotte Department of Transportation. Her SWE interests focus on outreach and mentoring, and she has been a member of SWE for 21 years.
Ms. Cathcart is a registered professional mechanical engineer with 33 years of experience in design and test, systems engineering, and program management. She currently works as the Senior Engineering Program Manager for ISC for Honeywell SPS. Her SWE interests focus on outreach, professional development, and she has been a member of SWE for 27 years.
Sara M. Damas

Ms. Sara M. Damas is a Greenville, SC native. She is a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Clemson University. She currently, works for Collins Aerospace as a Design Engineer, and her hobbies include traveling, cooking, and various athletic pursuits. In addition to SWE, Sara volunteers with many girl’s and women’s outreach/mentoring programs, PCRF, and other local charities and community organizations.

Ms. Pharris is an Engineer-in-Training located in Rock Hill, SC. She is a Clemson graduate and anticipates becoming a Professional Engineer in January of 2022. She currently works at Keck & Wood, Inc. where she specializes in Site Design, Stormwater Management/Design, and Flood Studies. Her SWE interests focus on outreach, mentoring opportunities, and supporting fellow SWEsters. This is her first active year as a member of SWE.
