Is your plate full and overflowing with seemingly slim chance of things getting easier?  A few years ago, I came to a sobering realization about my life: my responsibilities and the demands on my time and attention were not going to lighten but would most likely become even more demanding.  Since I was already going as fast as I could go and about to burst lots of blood vessels in my efforts to perform at a high level in all areas, I knew I had to do something different, and fast.  Fortunately for me, I learned 3 new strategies for stress reduction that significantly changed and improved the overall quality of my life and in a short amount of time.  I’d like to share these tools with you and hopefully you’ll experience improvements in your life too!
